Dr. Mark Mandel Receives Collaborative NSF Award

Dr. Mark Mandel  received a collaborative National Science Foundation award with Jason Peters (UW-Madison, Pharmacy) and Julia van Kessel (Indiana University).

The purpose of the award is to develop CRISPR technologies first in Vibrio bacteria and then adapt those broadly.

The U.S. National Science Foundation is an independent federal agency that supports science and engineering in all 50 states and U.S. territories.
