Today, on World Mental Health Day, we want to take a moment to acknowledge something we often forget in the rush of our daily lives: mental health matters to all of us. It’s easy to feel like we should always have it together, but the truth is, everyone struggles at times—and that’s okay.
Mental health challenges can look different for each of us, whether we’re facing stress, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed by our responsibilities. What’s important is recognizing when we need support and knowing that it’s perfectly normal to seek help. No one has to go through these challenges alone.
We encourage everyone to be kind to themselves and reach out if they need help. Our university provides some valuable mental health resources for both students and employees. Please don’t hesitate to use these if you ever feel the need.
For students, you can access support here:

For employees, you can find resources here:

Let’s support each other in creating a space where mental well-being is prioritized and remind ourselves that it’s okay to ask for help. You matter, and your mental health matters.
